One-year product warranty

One-Year Product Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty for non-human-induced damages. If your product experiences an issue not caused by misuse, simply provide proof of purchase and submit photos of the defective item via our official LINE account or by sending a direct message to our Facebook page.

The Chichi Box will be replaced with a new part free of charge.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Damage caused by impact, improper use, or failure to follow care and usage instructions.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Minor surface imperfections or irregularities on the plastic lid or silicone rubber, which are considered normal signs of wear.
Damage resulting from prolonged heating, exposure to open flames, or dry burning.
Printed designs on the product are not permanent; any fading or peeling due to regular use is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Return and Exchange Policy

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a seven-day hesitation period (not a trial period) starting from the day after the product is delivered. If you discover any defects or missing parts before use, please send us photos of the issue via direct message. Our team will assist you with verification and follow-up services.

To process a return, the product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, free gifts, and all accompanying documents, all of which must be intact and undamaged. If the product has been used or any item is missing or damaged, the return request will not be accepted.
